Get Unplugged Now, LLC. ("Get Unplugged Now") warrants to the original purchaser that the product it sells will be free from defects in materials and workmanship from the date of shipment, subject to the conditions and limitations described herein, for the following products and respective periods:
1) Antennas, Amplifiers and other major electronics are covered for one year
2) PC/PCI Card, USB and other adapters and modems are covered for one year
3) Cables, pigtails and other peripheral products are covered for 90 days
4) Installation services are
covered for 1 year
During the warranty period, Get Unplugged Now will, at its sole discretion, repair or
replace defective products returned to Get Unplugged Now, or refund the amount paid
for the product less depreciation, which is solely determined by Get Unplugged
Now,
upon its return. Get Unplugged Now reserves the right to refund the purchase
price as its exclusive warranty remedy.
This warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is not transferable.
This limited warranty covers normal use. The limited warranty does not cover
damage incurred during shipment, caused by impact with other objects, dropping,
immersion in liquid; service by anyone other than Get Unplugged Now, use not in
accordance with instructions, accident, abuse, misuse, natural disasters such as
flood, fire, earthquake, hurricanes or lightning, power surges and problems
caused by use of power supplies not supplied by Get Unplugged Now. Warranty coverage
will not apply in the event the serial number or manufacturer brand-name has
been removed, altered or defaced.
Under no circumstance will Get Unplugged Now be responsible for any incidental or
consequential damages, which may occur during the use of the Get Unplugged Now resold
product, or as a result of the product's failure to perform. In all cases, the
customer's sole remedy for a product failure is limited to the repair or
replacement of the product. IN NO EVENT SHALL Get Unplugged Now, ITS
DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES AND REPRESENTATIVES BE LIABLE FOR SPECIAL,
INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES RELATED TO PRODUCT SOLD.
EXCEPT AND TO THE EXTENT EXPRESSLY SET FORTH ABOVE, THERE ARE NO
WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY WARRANTIES OF
MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND Get Unplugged Now EXPRESSLY
DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES NOT STATED HEREIN. Some states do not allow
the exclusion of implied warranties or limitations on how long an implied
warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you. This warranty
gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary
from state to state. Some states do not allow limitations or exclusions of
incidental or consequential damages for consumer products, so the above
limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. These provisions apply to Get
Unplugged Now’s Limited Warranty only.
Refund and Product Return Procedure
All product failure returns must be pre-approved by emailing billing@getunpluggednow.com where an RMA number will be issued. No returns will be accepted without an RMA number issued by Get Unplugged Now.
Properly functioning products can be returned for a store credit, minus a 25% restocking fee and depreciation, which at Get Unplugged Now’s sole discretion.
